Danielle Kousoulis was working on the 104^th floor of the North Tower at the World Trade Center on September 11^th, 2001, and lost her life that day when terrorists flew jet airliners into the buildings.  The Danielle Kousoulis Memorial Scholarship Fund was formed to continue Danielle’s spirit of caring and generosity. On Friday, October 20, 2023, we will be hosting a comedy night benefit to raise money for the Danielle Kousoulis Scholarship Fund. Headlining the benefit will be comedian Gus Constantellis, with a special appearance by comedian Joe Conklin. With the help from attendees and sponsors, we are hopeful that this event will be a great success. All proceeds from the comedy night benefit will go directly to the scholarship fund, making it possible for us to keep the fund thriving, and in turn to keep Danielle’s memory alive.

Each year the scholarship fund awards academic scholarships to a Haddon Township (NJ) High School graduate (Danielle’s alma mater), and to a member of Danielle’s church, St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church (Cherry Hill, NJ).

Please  consider joining us as an attendee or a sponsor to help us to commemorate and celebrate Danielle's beautiful life that was tragically cut short 22 years ago.  As time passes and we move further away from the events of September 11^th, it becomes ever more important to ensure that Danielle and all of the other victims of that terrible tragedy are never forgotten. The comedy night benefit represents a wonderful way to come together and celebrate and remember Danielle’s beautiful life to ensure that she is never forgotten.
